18日给龙仕萍送学费以及其他的

周末去罗雨家的时候发现龙仕萍就是他邻居。所以顺便把学费（330元）和姚中正兄弟资助的生活费（300元）给她父亲。</P>
因为这里乱收费，公告上是写210，但是实际加上饮水费（这里水质不好，硬度高，所有的公立学校都是用桶装水，学生每学期交30元水费），自购费（出版社出的练习册43。3元，这个在厦门也是没有算在学费里的。原则上是要求学生自愿买，实际上是所有的学生都要买），住宿费（县里建议是35元，但是同时也建议说如果学生宿舍是社会集资类的可以根据情况增加，学校是收80元，贫困生有减免。所以实际上学费是交了328。3元。兔子说要包龙同学的所有费用。所以就全额给龙同学了学费了。（这里的贫困生减免是到村里开证明，学校不管是不是确实贫困，有些跟村干部没有关系的贫困生就没法开到证明，所以就没有享受减免的政策）</P>
另外根据兔子的建议把龙同学的家庭情况和她的残疾情况拍照，并到“嫣然基金会”查看是否能赞助做手术。因为“嫣然基金会”只对14周岁一下的贫困孩子做手术，而龙同学的出生时间是1992年2月，已经15周岁了。所以非常遗憾这个计划中断。</P>
